In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "lck44", "we", "us", "our" refers to the lck44 platform, its operators, employees, agents, and affiliates who provide the services described herein.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the lck44 platform or who accesses any part of the lck44 website at lck44.io.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a player upon successful registration on lck44, through which all services are accessed.
• "Platform" means the lck44 website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications, and all services, features, and content made available through them.
• "Services" means the sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gambling or gaming products offered on the lck44 platform from time to time.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in a player's account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other incentive-based funds credited to a player's account, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a specified amount must be wagered on qualifying games before associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by lck44 before processing certain transactions or withdrawals.

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lck44. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the lck44 platform, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2.2 These terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time. All supplementary documents form part of the overall agreement between you and lck44.

2.3 If you are accessing the lck44 platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that both you and that person or entity accept and agree to these terms.

2.4 lck44 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this document periodically.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on lck44. lck44 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any person under the age of 21. lck44 may request documentary proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The lck44 platform is operated and marketed primarily for players located in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the lck44 platform is lawful under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. lck44 makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all territories.

3.3 Mental Capacity. You confirm that you are of sound mind and are capable of taking responsibility for your own actions and decisions on the platform. Players who know or suspect they have a gambling disorder are strongly advised to use the self-exclusion tools available on lck44 rather than continuing to use the services.

3.4 Prohibited Persons. Employees of lck44, its affiliated companies, game providers, payment processors, and their immediate family members are prohibited from registering or maintaining a player account on the lck44 platform.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player may hold only one registered account on lck44. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lck44 will close all but the original account and may forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lck44 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, funds deposited, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility regardless of who actually performed the action.

4.4 Suspicious Activity. You must notify lck44 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You may contact our support team at [email protected]. lck44 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where notification was delayed or not provided.

4.5 Account Inactivity. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. lck44 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts and reserves the right to close inactive accounts subject to applicable notice procedures.

5.1 lck44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in line with responsible gaming and fraud-prevention best practice. lck44 may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, during a periodic review, or when account activity triggers a compliance check.

5.2 Acceptable Documents. Acceptable forms of identity verification include: a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission; a valid Bangladeshi passport; a valid driving licence. For address verification, acceptable documents include recent utility bills, bank statements, or official correspondence no older than three (3) months showing the player's name and residential address.

5.3 Processing Time. lck44 will endeavour to process KYC submissions within two (2) to five (5) business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals requested during an active KYC review may be held until verification is complete.

5.4 Failure to Verify. If a player fails to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the timeframe specified by lck44, we reserve the right to restrict account functionality, suspend withdrawal processing, and in cases of persistent non-compliance, close the account and return any undisputed real-money balance to the player's verified payment method.

6.1 Accepted Methods. lck44 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other methods as published on the platform from time to time. lck44 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are published on the lck44 deposit page and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

6.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. The use of funds derived from illegal activity, or deposits made on behalf of a third party, are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

6.4 Deposit Fees. lck44 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which lck44 accepts no liability.

6.5 Failed Deposits. In the event that a deposit is debited from your payment method but does not appear in your lck44 account balance within thirty (30) minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number. lck44 will investigate and resolve genuine discrepancies within two (2) business days.

7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the lck44 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published on the lck44 withdrawals page and may be adjusted at lck44's discretion.

7.3 Processing Times. lck44 processes withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to completed KYC and no outstanding compliance holds. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the player's payment provider.

7.4 Bonus Balance. Bonus funds and winnings attributed to bonus play may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Only the real-money component of a player's balance is available for withdrawal where bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.

7.5 Withdrawal Refusal. lck44 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC documentation is incomplete; (b) the account is under a compliance review; (c) lck44 has reason to believe the account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or irregular activity; or (d) the withdrawal amount includes funds derived from bonus abuse.

8.1 lck44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.

8.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirement completion. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of the wagered amount. Slots contribution rates vary by provider. Live casino, table games, and certain crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page.

8.4 Bonus Validity. All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. The validity period is stated on each individual promotion.

9.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on lck44 are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time the bet is placed. lck44 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a system error, odds error, or data feed issue may have resulted in incorrect pricing.

9.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. lck44 may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

9.3 In-Play Betting. lck44 offers in-play betting on selected markets including cricket, football, and kabaddi. In-play odds are subject to rapid change. lck44 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during events where the outcome is imminent or where data integrity cannot be confirmed.

9.4 Abandoned and Void Events. If a sporting event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed before it reaches its scheduled conclusion, lck44 will settle affected markets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform. In general, bets on void events will be refunded at odds of 1.00 (evens).

9.5 Errors and Palpable Mistakes. Where lck44 publishes odds that contain a manifest error — for example, where odds offered are clearly inconsistent with market prices at the time due to a technical or human error — lck44 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, even after the event has settled.

10.1 lck44 offers a casino game library sourced from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games are governed by a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by a human dealer streamed in real time.

10.2 Return to Player. All casino games available on lck44 carry a published or provider-certified Return to Player (RTP) percentage. 10.4 Interrupted Games. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lck44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one player account on lck44, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement.
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws in Bangladesh or in the player's jurisdiction of residence.
• Engaging in, attempting, or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption in relation to sporting events offered on the lck44 sportsbook.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing lck44 employees, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

13.1 All content on the lck44 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trade marks, service marks, website design, graphics, text, data, software, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of lck44 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lck44 platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any lck44 content without the express prior written consent of lck44.

13.3 Any unauthorised use of lck44 intellectual property — including scraping of odds data, reproduction of game content, or impersonation of the lck44 brand — will be subject to legal action.

14.1 lck44 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors, delays, or technical failures at all times.

14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lck44 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; (c) any loss arising from events outside lck44's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, internet disruptions, or acts of God.

14.3 lck44's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.4 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits lck44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

15.1 lck44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lck44 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

15.2 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at lck44.io/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

15.3 Your continued use of the lck44 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with section 4 of these terms.

16.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the lck44 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players agree that any dispute with lck44 shall first be referred to lck44's customer support team for informal resolution.

16.2 Complaints Procedure. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please contact lck44 by email at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Please include your account username, a clear description of the complaint, the date(s) of the relevant events, and any supporting evidence. lck44 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days of acknowledgment.

16.3 Disputes on Bet Settlement. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or casino game must be raised within thirty (30) days of the settlement date. lck44 will not consider disputes submitted outside this time limit except in cases of manifest platform error.

16.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of this document, the English version shall prevail.

16.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

16.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and lck44 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
